Objectives

THE MAIN AIMS AND OBJECT FOR WHICH THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED ARE:-

• a) To provide education in general, technical, non-technical, medical, professional, etc., of all kinds and descriptions and imparting training to achieve higher levels of skills and expertise.
• b) To establish and operate Pre-Nursery Schools, Primary - Schools, Middle Schools, Secondary Schools, Higher Secondary Schools, Science Colleges, Commerce Colleges, Arts Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Medical Colleges and Law Colleges.
• c) To provide hostel facilities to students, trainees, staff, etc.
• d) To provide / assist in setting up laboratories.
• e) To provide for grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development, etc.
• f) To conduct seminars / workshops and arrange special tuition / training for students.
• g) To make provision to advance the cause of and impart Nursery, Primary, Secondary, Higher, Commercial, Industrial, Technical, Physical and all or any other type or kind of education.
• h) To promote adult education
• i) To hold, arrange and organize meetings, lectures, talks, discussions, seminars, symposia, conferences, competitions research and study visits, tours, excursions, exhibitions, debates, cinema, audio-visual programs, the artistic performances and other cultural activities, sports and games.
• j) Establishment, maintenance and support of libraries, museums and reading rooms and distribution of books etc., for advancement of education and knowledge in general.
• k) To conduct nutritional and health services.
• l) To conduct/ operate programmes for providing nutritional assistance e.g. to operate a school / lunch/ food programme for children, operate nutritional supplement programme for needy women which shall be provided/ conducted/ distributed free of charge.
• m) To render assistance to poor patients by providing medicines etc., provisions of health care, preventive medical services including dental services.
• m) Assistance to hospitals in setting up the various facilities such as Blood Bank, Eye Bank, Burn Centers, etc., for the poor patients.
• o) Provision of outdoor dispensary or assistance thereof and also to run “Mobile” medical services for the economically weaker section of the people.
• p) To conduct education in health care or provide assistance in the provision of primary health care education.
• q) To set up hospitals/ nursing homes for children/ women.
• r) To render assistance to the handicapped.
• s) To provide monetary assistance and social services in case of natural calamities.
• t) To render financial assistance to the poor and the disadvantaged people.
• u) To promote and provide moral education and charity for welfare of the people.
• v) To establish, conduct, maintenance of old age homes, homes for physically challenged men, women and children and persons with similar disabilities and also for granting financial assistance to institutions performing similar activities.
• w) To promote for or contribute to education and scientific research and development.
• x) To promote and conduct sports activities, cultural activities and other social welfare programs for the benefit of the people.
• y) To conduct programs for the welfare of the people in the form of seminars / workshops / road shows for AIDS awareness, Tobacco de –addictions, etc.
• z) The activities of the Trust will be carried in and around of Bangalore and the same may be extended to throughout the State of Karnataka and also to extend to all over India.

Any other objective/objectives/alternatives may be imparted and or modified with the resolution to be adopted in the presence of majority of trustee members in a meeting for the fulfilment of the objectives of the Trust.

Provided, however, that the activities of the Trust do not involve the carrying on of any activity purely for self-profit other than making social profit, which can be again ploughed back to the Trust for the fulfilment of the objectives of the Trust.
