B.Sc. Nursing or Bachelor of science in nursing is an undergraduate Nursing course. Nursing is a healthcare profession focused on the care of individuals, families and communities so that they may attain, maintain or recover to optimal health and lead quality life. During the course, it is taught to the nurses, how to work in a variety of specialities. They work independently and as part of a team to access, plan, implement and evaluate care. Nursing science is a eld of knowledge based on the contributions of a nursing scientist through peer-reviewed scholarly journals and evidenced-based practice. The duration of the course is four years, but it depends on the institute to institute as per their rules. The value of the course is immense and it is job orienting in nature. The course is being provided by many nursing colleges throughout the country.

  • 10 + 2 class passed with science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCe or other equivalent Board.
  • Students shall be medically fit.
  • Student appearing in 10+2 examination in science conducted by national institute of open school with 45% Marks.
  • Students shall be admitted once in a year.
  • Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought
